On Oct. 6 I tripped outside the main doors of the St. Albert's Bay. A kind young woman took care of my glasses and hearing aid and gave me comfort. A gentleman called an ambulance.

Again Driving down a road in this city. I'm driving 40km in a 30km, or 30 in a 40 or 50 in a 60 or 50 in a 60 or? Nobody knows. Except the city. All for safety. Speed changes every block. Everywhere.

I am absolutely unnerved by this Council’s disregard for the democratic process which most all Canadians dearly respect and acknowledge each year on November 11 by honouring those who have so bravely fought to preserve this privilege.
