Yeah and one of the jobs of citizens is to protest smith and trump. Even worth taking time off.

Conservatives need to get over bill c69. What a load of misinformation. The bill requires projects to do an environmental evaluation first but if they pass, full speed ahead. So what, it should be ok to just polute in the quest for greed?

The other left out tidbit is that alberta owes its portion of the national debt, which is higher than cpp's values so no net gain there. Just the liability will remain for any seniors that don't opt out of a seperate alberta. Myself, as a senior, will be staying with Canada and my cpp goes with me.

This seperatists idea is not at all thought out. You are right. Alberta doesn't realize what the federal government provides through scale of all taxpayers and other revenues they have at there disposal. Most if the province, if any these turkeys would look, runs from cold lake south in the north east and the town of Hinton in the north west with gaps up to peace river. I think the highway to Hinton even crosses federal land. Then the complete rockies to the east, around sundry, cochrane and then pincher creek to medicine hat with chunks missing between. Treaties cover most of what remains. Most of the oil is currently on federal land, primrose at coldlake and whatever it is by Fort Mac. The Canadian owners don't have to give up anything to seperate alberta.
I wonder if their iq is higher than their shoe size.
