January 30, 1930 – July 3, 2024

Alfons Schulte, born in Lahre, Germany, came to Canada at age 24 and settled in St. Albert, Alberta where he lived for over 60 years. He was a caring and compassionate man, a great storyteller with a keen sense of humour and courageously battled Alzheimer's disease to the end of his life. Al was pre-deceased by his first wife Antoinette Francis Anne Schulte (nee Engel) and leaves behind his beloved wife of 37 years, Geraldine Schulte (nee Engel), three children; Alexandra Marie Gervais (Roger Gervais), Nelda Schulte, Conrad Schulte (Selina Schulte) and three stepchildren; Connie Mazurin (David Mazurin), Glenda Albertson (Kirk Albertson) and Brian Jameson, 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. May his life and legacy be an inspiration for generations to come.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Albert Parish Catholic Church, Friday, July 12 at 2:00 pm.
