1936 – 2025
On Monday, January 13, 2025, Mrs. Phyllis Bell Pannebaker of Edmonton, AB passed away at the age of 88 surrounded by her family.
She leaves to mourn her children, John (Kristina), Cliff (Karen), Kerry, Bill (Dayna), Jodi-Lynne (Corey); and nephew Robert (Dani); 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Ron Pannebaker; her siblings, Stuart (Jean), Mary, Merle (Gordon).
Phyllis spent her early years in Manitoba, she started her career as a stenographer and continued to advance her bookkeeping and business skills.
She married Ron Pannebaker in 1961 and moved around Manitoba following Ron’s work. In 1973 they moved to Alberta where she took on many rolls in the community and business field, eventually taking on the position of Executive Director of Alberta Baseball and later became a Financial Advisor. In her spare time, she and Ron founded CKB Construction Services Ltd. which she continued to work at until her retirement in 2012.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, at 2:00 pm in St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive. Burial will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 1:00 pm in Clearwater Cemetery, Clearwater, MB.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lifestyles Options Senior Citizens Centre Terra Losa and Lynnwood Continuing Care Facility.
