1935 - 2020
It is with heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Win on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at the age of 85 years.
She will be forever loved and remembered by her husband of 63 years, Hank; 2 children, daughter Michele (Bennett), son Norm (Wendy), and grandson Kalen.
Also to miss her dearly are 2 sisters, Norma (Dave), Dori (Wayne); sister-in-law, Tina; nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
Win, Mom, Nanny was a spunky little lady with a laugh no one will forget! She loved her flowers and her garden right up to the last and was never without her beloved pooches. Many special memories were made camping with family and friends. She had an adventurous spirit that was an inspiration to all and will be deeply missed. She treasured family above all.
Win was a two-time survivor of breast cancer, so in lieu of flowers, although she did love them, donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Breast Cancer Society.
A private gathering will be held at a later date.
