On March 5th, Edison MacQuarrie of
St. Albert passed away at the
age of 95. He leaves behind to mourn
his wife Kathryn of 50 years, his
daughters Heather (Keith) Bramhill,
Victoria Ewing, Donna (Richard)
Yorke and son David (George)
MacQuarrie. Also his grandchildren
Tristan, Jessica and Jackson.
Ed graduated as a civil engineer
and worked with his father for
several years before following
his true passion of photography,
which he enjoyed as a hobby and
professionally for the rest of his life.
The family would like to thank
the nursing staff in unit 31 at the
Royal Alexander Hospital for their
compassion and excellent care of Ed
in the days leading up to his death.
No service will be held at
Ed’s request.
