1959 - 2020
Our beloved Laura, unexpectedly left us in her sleep on January 10, 2020.
Laura is survived by her husband, Don Watson; mother, Lynne Nesbitt; brother, Richard Nesbitt (Mel); children: Jason Nesbitt (Kristen) and Kristi-Lynne (Tristan) Welz; grandchildren: Blake, Hayley, August and Harrison.
She was predeceased by her father, Harold Nesbitt in 2004.
Laura was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1959 then moved with her family to St. Albert, Alberta where she started school and graduated from Paul Kane High School in 1978.
Laura’s love of children led her to a career in daycare which she avidly pursued until her retirement.
She was loved by all who knew her.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Connelly-McKinley,
St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
