Mom, we are so very sad to say good-bye, yet grateful to know that you are finally at peace.
Memories of you will be in our hearts forever.
We know Dementia has no cure.
A spiral down the rabbit hole…Yet,
Still it was so hard to watch you fade away.
Suffering so much in silence.
Fighting so hard to stay.
You faced your life with courage.
The challenges seemed never-ending.
And, still you kept on fighting.
Until the very end…
So when we saw you Sunday.
Peaceful, free from pain.
We could not wish you back.
To suffer that again.
Loved and remembered by daughter Wendy (Doug); granddaughters Jennifer (Demetrius) and Christine (Lincoln); great grandchildren Zachary, Alex, and Ryan; brother Andy; and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 am on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert.
