We announce the peaceful passing of our father, Oscar Hittinger, at the age of 103 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Carol (Jerry), Wayne, Lorne (Alice) and Mary Lou (David); sister, Justine Hergott and sister-in-law, Patricia Cust; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; as well as numerous family and friends.
Oscar was predeceased by his first wife, Katherine (nee: Cust); second wife, Shirley (nee: Bradshaw); siblings, Mathias (Bridget), Antony (Lucile), Mary Jane (Zephirin), Alice (Herbert), Michael (Marie–Anne) and Vernon (Dorothy); brother-in-law, Cyril Hergott and daughter-in-law, Betty.
Oscar was a devout Catholic who lived a faith filled life and was a dedicated family man.
