December 25, 1937 - September 1, 2022
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our
wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and
friend, RACHEL FALLS of Sturgeon County, AB on September 1, 2022 at
the age of 84 years.
She will lovingly be remembered by her husband and best friend of 28
years, Leo; children: Carmen Mitchell of Bashaw, AB, Yvette (Terry)
Mitchell of Edmonton, AB, Donald (Doris) Bouvier of Whitehorse, YT,
Monique (Scott) Van Rooyen of Riviere Qui Barre, AB, Rene (Barb)
Bouvier of Whitehorse, YT; as well as 13 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren;
siblings Annette (Jim) Otto of Spruce Grove, AB, Bill
(Sharon) Labonte of Edmonton, AB, Lorraine (Vic) Baich of Rocky
Mountain House, AB, brother-in-law Boyd Meziere of Beaumont, AB;
many nieces, nephews and friends.
Rachel is predeceased by her first husband Donat Bouvier, parents Wilfred and Anna Labonte, brothers Paul (Fernande) and Marcel (Henriette) Labonte, sisters Lena (Roland) Gamache and Fleurette Meziere.
Our family would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to the great staff at the Youville Home for the wonderful care they gave Rachel during her stay there.
A celebration of life will be held on September 16, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Emerence Roman Catholic Church in Riviere Qui Barre, AB, Father Mahesh officiating. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
