Three individuals inside the vehicle were treated at the scene by EMS for exposure-related injuries. None were transported to hospital.

The suspects fled the scene but were later located and arrested by police.

The accused appeared before a Justice of the Peace and were initially remanded into custody. They have since been released under strict conditions.
