With National Day for Truth and Reconciliation taking place Sept. 30, the city will be limiting all non-emergency services on Saturday, as well as Monday.
All scheduled curbside pickup for garbage, leaves, recycling, and organics will be pushed to Tuesday, Oct. 3, and most city offices will be closed on Monday as well.
Servus Place will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., while Fountain Park Pool will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
The city's website however does state that St. Albert Transit will be operating regular Saturday and Monday hours. As well, the Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot and the city's Compost Depot will also be closed on Saturday.
