St. Albert RCMP reported that Francis Jayne Jacobs has been found safe and unharmed as of Aug. 29, 2022, and thanked the public for their assistance.


St. Albert RCMP have asked for the public’s help to find a woman last seen by her family in St. Albert three months ago.

St. Albert RCMP put out a notice Aug. 26 asking for any information on the whereabouts of Francis Jayne Jacobs.

Jacobs, 28, was last seen by her family three months ago in the parking lot of the St. Albert Walmart, reported Const. MJ Burroughs. She was spotted at the Boyle Street Centre in Edmonton on Aug. 16, but has not been seen since. She was believed to be in the Edmonton or Calgary region.

Jacobs is an Indigenous woman with brown eyes and long dark brown hair. She stands 5’2” and weighs about 125 pounds.
