On Monday RCMP responded to a residential break and enter and discovered a marijuana grow operation in the residence.
On Jan. 30, 2017 just before 2 p.m. the St. Albert RCMP responded to a break and enter complaint in Braeside. During the investigation the police discovered a grow-op in the house.
The RCMP, St. Albert Drug Unit and A.L.E.R.T. executed a search warrant in the residence and seized several hundred marijuana plants.
The investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
A credit card was stolen from a truck and then used in several St. Albert locations in December.
Sometime between Dec. 1, 2016 and Dec. 5, 2016 a Toyota Tacoma parked on Wagner Place was broken into and sunglasses and a wallet with a credit card and debit card were stolen.
On Dec. 5, 2016 the stolen credit card was used at three different 7-Eleven stores and an Esso gas station. Mounties obtained footage of the male using the stolen card. The unknown man is Caucasian and in his late teens or early twenties. He was wearing a black winter jacket and a black winter hat with fur trim.
