Hi, my name is Charlee. I am an Australian shepherd-cross and I am 18 months old and weigh in at just 30 lbs. I love to be on the go. I am a young, energetic male who is looking for a forever home. I am typical for a herding breed. I have more energy than I know what to do with, and might be best suited for a family without small children. I get along with other dogs but it is important that if I go to a home with another dog that we are a good energy match, since I can play for hours! I think it is also best if I do not go to a home with any animal, dog or cat that is smaller than me. I tend to herd them, which doesn't seem to be appreciated. I am an indoor dog and love to be glued to you human folk. Oh, I should confess something — I must go to a home with a tall wooden fence. Yes, I have been known to escape and climb chain-link fences.
