On Saturday, Nov. 11, people across the country will pause to remember and reflect on the sacrifices of the men and women of Canada’s armed forces.

The formal Remembrance Day ceremony will begin at 11 a.m., and last until about 11:45.

Following the ceremony, the St. Albert Legion invites the public to an open house for further remembrance and reflection.

The Legion will also conduct a small indoor event for elderly veterans unable to attend the outdoor ceremony.
