A story in the May 8 Gazette with the heading ‘New chamber sign approved,’ included incorrect information. Council did not approve a bylaw change to allow video signs, but did ask city administration to prepare a report about the impact of making such a change. As well, a comment about the bylaw was attributed to general manager of business and strategic services Bob Treidler when in fact Neil Jamieson, general manager of planning and engineering, made the comment. The Gazette regrets the error.
