St. Albertans looking to find volunteer opportunities will have the chance to learn about more than 60 organizations and agencies next month at a volunteer fair taking place at St. Albert Centre.
The city announced yesterday that the volunteer fair will take place between 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4.
“This event is free to attend and registration is not required,” the city's website says. “Just show up and check out where you can find the perfect fit for your volunteer time, or what programs, services and supports are available right here in St. Albert.”
The city's website also says organizations seeking volunteers who haven't registered to take part in the fair still have time to register.
