The Book of Mormon, which played a sold out one-week run in 2015, returns Sept. 13 to 18 at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

The religious satire musical follows two Mormon missionaries as they try to expound on the virtues of scripture to inhabitants of a remote Ugandan village. The duo is challenged by the residents’ focus on avoiding AIDS, famine and oppression.

This equal opportunity offender won its three creators Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone nine Tony Awards.
