Gron grew up around the Edmonton area and returned to Alberta after finishing high school in B.C. He followed in his family’s footsteps upon his return as a third-generation oilfield worker. He has 24 years of experience in the drilling side of the oilfield and has worked across Western Canada, as well as internationally.
