LOS ANGELES (AP) — General manager Rob Pelinka says Russell Westbrook doesn't deserve all the blame for the Lakers' struggles throughout his time in Los Angeles.

The Toronto Raptors have signed guard-forward Joe Wieskamp to a multi-year contract, the club announced Saturday. The financial terms of the deal were not released.
