The snowplow went zipping down our avenue basically only clearing the middle of the road and moved the packed snow to a distance of six to eight feet from the curbs on both sides.
Once again this left all driveways packed with a hill of snow (not light snow but hard-packed chunks) for homeowners to deal with. There are a lot of seniors living in our area and the city expects them to dig out their driveways so they can get out of their driveways. Really?
Is the city going to take responsibility for injuries that may happen to people attempting to get out of their driveways? If you don't look like a yellow asparagus spear, then I doubt it.
The bus stop outside our driveway was not in shape for the bus to actually stop at the right place so they then stopped in front of our driveway to drop off passengers. Disgusting road maintenance. Smarten up, council and public works.
