I cannot understand where these costs come from for the BLESS platform ... $12,500 to “build” in 1996 and $350,000 to “fix” in 2018 ... something does not add up.
You could build a pretty decent house for $350,000 when you don't include the “land” costs. I'd love to see an article explaining where these costs come from.
