Are they building up the mountain bike park on that meadow across from the Enjoy Centre? It’s next to that new shelter and those two new outhouses in Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park.
They are working in there with heavy equipment shoving up very high hills – so far two of them. The one alongside the bush might be a pile of topsoil that they want to save in order to use it later as topsoil on the hills and field. You can see them from the trail going out to the platform from the BLESS shelter – also, of course, from Ray Gibbon Drive.
I walked over that meadow today from the boardwalk up onto the hills alongside Ray Gibbon Drive.
I know that was supposed to be made into a parking lot for the park – letting the cars in from LeClair Way.
Who is paying for all that work that is going on in there right now? I saw no mention of that in the Gazette.
