Returning after three months living on Mars, our navigator became absorbed by a TV feed showing the Stampeders being whipped by Edmonton. We landed hard and I wasn’t sure where, so I asked the onboard computer, JAK: “Your Dad HAL and grandfather IBM would have helped – so where are we?”
“That’s easy,” said JAK, “Did you notice all those drivers making left turns who drove straight across the street into the far right-hand lane, with left signals still flashing? Clearly, we are in St. Albert, Alberta!”
