Why is there no spring garbage pickup this year?
Most people cleaned up their yards in the spring and filled the clear bags for pickup. This year our front yards are lined up with bags waiting to be picked up.
For residents who don’t have a vehicle or don’t drive, this is a problem.
I’m sure many people who signed up for garbage pickup understood we would have this service in the spring and in the fall.
This waste collection system is not giving us the service we expected. We don’t want our city to look like a garbage dump!
Am I the only person who feels this way?
