So this new city council has the sheer arrogance to ignore the results of the plebiscite that 63 per cent voted against the branch library. There were no conditions on the voting sheet, it was "Yes" or "No" and the voters clearly stated "No.

There were no conditions on the voting sheet, it was "Yes" or "No" and the voters clearly stated "No." Now they are saying "I think we just heard different messages" excuse me, does yes and no mean something different in your world? You sure were all quick to accept the votes of the people that put you all in office. To ignore the plebiscite is a total disregard of your office and a blatant waste of taxpayer money.
