Available in communities similar to St. Albert are single level duplex and some apartments newly built for the over 55 group that make less than $40,000 per year. The units are purchased for around $150,000/$170,000.
The joy is that these complexes are new construction, not smelly, old-fashioned dark places to live. The time has come to have a completely new city council — new people with new ideas. Otherwise St. Albert will decline.
