Thank you to the driver who saved my life

Thanks for saving my life. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the gentleman in the grey truck who honked his horn to warn me of a driver who was very close to hitting me. Around 11 a.m. on Oct.

Thanks for saving my life. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the gentleman in the grey truck who honked his horn to warn me of a driver who was very close to hitting me.

Around 11 a.m. on Oct. 27, I was walking my little black dog and was crossing the intersection of Boudreau Road and Sir Winston Churchill Avenue.

When the light turned green, I checked to see if the advance green was activated and any cars were going through the intersection. Seeing it was temporarily safe, I started walking. I was looking at my dog as I walked. At that time an older red sedan turned in front of me. Only the honk of the grey truck alerted me to the danger and prevented a tragedy.

Thank you for also making sure I was OK. I am forever grateful.
