Regarding the article on page 15 of the July 16th Gazette and picture of sign reading: New Sidewalk, Thanks Council. Are you kidding me? Shouldn’t it read: Thanks St. Albert taxpayers?
It isn’t council who poured the concrete or paid for all of it out of their pockets. Council is simply doing its job, which is also paid for by taxpayers. Give credit where credit is due. The sign is an insult and needs to be taken down or changed.
