As a new resident to St. Albert, I was very happy to learn of the urban village proposed for Grandin mall. This is the right step to improve the downtown area. I would like to think this is a new vision for updating the whole area.
With comprehensive urban planning St. Albert might join the 21st century and cease to be another small town strip-mall centred on a single overcrowded highway.
