Last year, the St. Albert Community Village and Food Bank gave out 2,842 hampers to 8,239 clients. Currently, we are distributing approximately 40,000 pounds of food each month.
Last year, we received more than 500,00 pounds of food from you, the people and business of St. Albert. To the end of October of this year, we have received 415,388 pounds of food. Your generosity is magnificent.
At this year’s food drive in September, we received 63,719 pounds of food. Thank you, thank you.
The recipients of our services have gone through tough times, loss of employment, domestic abuse, including parental abuse, illness of all types, and many other reasons not of their choice. We are there to help all who need our help.
To all the businesses and individuals who have supported these essential services to those in need, we gratefully thank you. You exhibit the care and compassion that is so typical of our community.
