As former residents of St. Albert as of eight years ago, we were delighted to see such a great improvement in the appearance of the city as we travelled through. The flower pots were so overwhelmingly beautiful with such an array of pinks, purple and white petunias that made us smile as we traversed the city many times during our week there.
