Speed limit does have a purpose, slow down

I live across from the Deerbourne Park and I can assure you that there are people walking dogs and playing in and around the park at all times of the day. It is a simple concept – there is a posted speed limit even though the sign is difficult to see as it is hidden behind trees. If you speed you will get a ticket. So slow down. I think the City should install permanent photo radar – it might be a way to lower taxes.
