The fact that Joe Prins is bragging about attending the recent climate conference in Edmonton, and wrote a letter to the editor (Gazette, March 18 ) to test the strength of the opposing arguments, which is the definition of "devil's advocate," proves he must have spent the entire time at the conference standing in the hallway.
The science on climate change has advanced well beyond any valid position of being a devil's advocate, in fact the modelling on climate change is now being re-calibrated because the change is occurring sooner than the models predicted.
