Same old letter topics from curmudgeons

After returning home after a brief holiday, I was skimming through issues of the St. Albert Gazette that had accumulated during our absence. I had to chuckle. In a world of supposedly constant change, I see that some things do actually stay the same.

After returning home after a brief holiday, I was skimming through issues of the St. Albert Gazette that had accumulated during our absence. I had to chuckle. In a world of supposedly constant change, I see that some things do actually stay the same. We can always count on the consistent crop of criticizing curmudgeons to state their complaints in letters to the editor.

One wonders whether, if left to these people and the small minority who think as they do, our well-used and much-valued facilities such as Servus Place and our city hall/Arden Theatre/library complex would ever have been built?
