In response to Dianne McDonald's complaint (July 12 Gazette) of a neighbour shooting her tabby in the butt – your cat has my sympathy for having such a selfish owner.
A fed up friend told me of a neighbour's renegade puss regularly roaming to her flowerbed to use as a toilet. Yuck! Perhaps the BB gunner was pretty fed up too and thought the meandering moggy was also a pain in the butt!!
