So in Joshua Wafler-Thomas’ letter, St. Albert citizens should just shut up about pot shops and let pot shop owners set up wherever they want. Don’t worry, be happy.
That’s not the way democracy works. Residents have a right to appeal city decisions and that is what is being done.
His argument that people don’t drink outside bars so potheads won’t park behind my condo and smoke pot makes no sense. They already do. People are allowed to drink in bars, they are not allowed to smoke weed in them.
