I recently called the city's public works department (snow removal) regarding a problem at the intersection of Arlington Drive and Hebert Road.
Due to the recent snowfall, huge ruts had formed at that particular intersection and were quite hazardous for both vehicles and pedestrians. Within 48 hours the problem was cleared up and back to normal … as normal as can be in this weather.
I just wanted to say thank you for acting so quickly before any major problems or accidents occurred. The huge bumps are gone and more than two cars can now get through the intersection!
