I want to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the people who have embraced the United in Light white ribbon campaign. A seemingly simple idea initiated by Debbie Raymond and Tara McCormick has grown to have an enormous impact throughout our city. What a beautiful and moving tribute to our RCMP members. This is one of the many reasons why I am proud to call St. Albert home.
