My father died of lung cancer from smoking, I support Mayor Heron’s proposed bylaw.
Second-hand smoke not only causes cancer, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, it also has a repugnant stench. Why should non-smokers have to foot the medical bills for those who smoke?
