I would like to know why certain dog owners (thank goodness a small majority) feel that if they aren't on a public street and if nobody is looking, that they don't have to pick up after their dogs.
Finally for the first time in a long time I went for a walk on the path behind Gresham Boulevard and all I could see was dog crap. I'm afraid to think how much must be lying under the snow.
Just to make sure I didn't miss any new bylaws, the bylaw is still that you must pick up after your dog immediately after it defecates either on private or public property. Come on people — if you are a responsible dog owner, then please pick up your dog's crap.
