Photo radar does not educate

I'm standing looking at a photo radar truck snapping pictures of speeding vehicles in a school zone. If we are trying to protect kids, please ACTUALLY slow the vehicles down. Pull them over. Educate them.

If we are trying to protect kids, please ACTUALLY slow the vehicles down. Pull them over. Educate them.

Taking pictures makes money but does nothing to keep school children safe.
