There is a person in our neighborhood (the “S” zone) that has a dislike for pets and uses a BB gun to discourage them from his or her property.
I have a tabby cat that has now had its butt shot five times. Alright, I understand that my cat isn't supposed to roam but that's what cats do!
I have an issue with the fact that instead of finding out where the cat comes from and speaking directly to us, you instead use a BB gun and shoot the animal in the butt! Not once, but now five times.
This, needless to say, causes grief to the animal and needless costs to us, the pet owner.
