Too easy. Don't break the law. Posted speed limits are not suggestions, they are the law and apply to everyone. You're not being singled out. Every day on Henday, vehicles are passing me at 130-140 km/hr and weaving in and out of traffic because apparently their time is so much more valuable than mine.
Speed limits are based on ideal driving conditions, by the way. I may not agree with some of the speed limits on some roads, but, if I choose to speed and get a ticket, it's nobody's fault but mine. I have chosen to break the law, and have accepted the possible consequences. Anyone who got three consecutive tickets on Henday overpasses, should have probably also been charged with “Driving without due care and attention.” They are not tough to see ahead.
There are some places where it is a little iffy. Where a speed limit suddenly changes and you barely have time to slow down before there is a photo radar trap.
Also, nowhere on my license does it say I only have to obey the laws I agree with.
Chronic speeders should be grateful it's only a fine.
If ticketing lawbreakers helps keep my taxes down a bit, I'm fine with that and if I get a photo radar ticket, I’ll suck it up like a man and pay it.
It makes me wonder how many other laws chronic speeders choose to ignore.
It's a simple solution, you choose to speed or you choose not too.
