I would like to bring up the subject of visibility here in St. Albert. Many times early in the morning when it is still dark and in the evenings while driving, it is really hard to see all the joggers, people out for walks, those walking their dogs, or others just walking. A lot of times it’s very hard to see them as they are all dressed in black, or dark colours.
I've encountered this many times while driving and it’s hard to see them. If they wore something reflective it would be a lot easier to see them, as I'm sure there have been some close calls as they are hard to see.
