I am a resident on Amber Crescent and would like to point out that we have two vehicles and they are always parked in our driveway. Every home on the crescent has a driveway that will accommodate at least two to three vehicles.
I agree that the person who hit the vehicle should have contacted you, however as I walk my dog around the crescent, I notice that most vehicles are parked in front of an empty driveway. Normally this is not an issue but with the windrows cutting down the width of the road to half, please use your common sense.
