The letter to the editor from S. Norton, St. Albert Gazette, Sept. 17, suggesting that all cat owners who let their pets outside are uncaring, irresponsible and have spotless homes with no litter boxes – such is not the case in my household.
I pose the question to S. Norton on when it has ever been recorded that a pack of roaming domestic cats attacked and seriously harmed an individual – such is the need for rules and regulations.
