March of the Pied Piper

March for Life is something of a misnomer: there is no evidence that antiabortion supporters are for life: they certainly disrespect the lives of women, many of whom suffered and died from illegal abortions in the past.

March for Life is something of a  misnomer: there is no evidence that antiabortion supporters are for life: they certainly disrespect the lives of women, many of whom suffered and died from illegal abortions in the past. Now the tactic is to shame them or induce guilt when they are most vulnerable.

There is little evidence that antiabortionists care much for life after birth. This demographic usually identify as conservative, and conservatives are not supportive of social programs – which help families with young children and help mothers with national day-care programs.

In the interests of honest advertising, these groups should clarify the ambiguity and plainly define what it is they support: unborn "life". Once it is viable they seem to wash their hands of the subject.
