Regarding the story on affordable housing (Gazette, Nov. 15), I have the privilege of knowing the young lady and her beautiful little girl. She is a hard working woman and luckily has some family support to look after her child while she works. She doesn't drink, smoke or do any drugs. Her daughter is the happiest child I have met in a long time. If anyone deserves to continue in affordable housing it is her. St Albert may be seen as an elitist city but people like this mom and her daughter and others like them need support from the housing authority. Thank you CFL Hall of Famer Henry "Gizmo" Williams for standing up for affordable housing. I hope everyone listens to your message and does something to help, no matter how small. There are so many people like this in our city of St Albert. Please give them the support they need. D. Ford, St. Albert
